In the final sections Obama’s basically repeats Kant’s cosmopolitan vision, does he not? I mean it’s straight from “What Is Enlightenment?” – Mikhail must be stoked!
I did like the whole “people of the world can live together in peace” – it’s definitely more Kant than Hegel and his defense of the necessity of war and all that stuff…
